TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LM Bambini Pty. Ltd operates the online site at www.lmbambini.com.au

We are an Australian company registered in the state of New South Wales, ABN 17 613 905 338 .

The following terms and conditions are set out according to the laws of Australia.

By browsing and using our website you agree to comply with the terms and conditions including our privacy policy terms.

ORDERS

All orders received by LM Bambini are via our online store.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at cs@LMBambini.com.au or call us on 1800 226 246.

Orders received and paid for will be processed by the next business day. Please note that processing time may be longer during sale or product launch periods.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. For more information on delivery time and charges, please refer to the Delivery section.

DELIVERY

Charges:

• We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $150 AUD
• Order less than $150 AUD incur a $10 Delivery cost
• We also provide same day delivery in the Sydney Metropolitan Area if order is placed before 11am [AEST Monday to Friday] at a cost of $25 AUD

Please note: As we require all shipments to be signed for, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has been dispatched an email displaying your track and trace number will be sent.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on your location. The times set out below are approximate and are not in the direct control of LM Bambini Pty Ltd. Our partner courier companies provide tracking services.

Capital Cities:

• Next day delivery to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
• Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Darwin min 2-5 days delivery.

Regional Areas:

• Outside of major towns and cities our delivery times vary between 3-5 days.

 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on 1800 226 246 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST) or email cs@lmbambini.com.au with the correct address. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.

RETURNS 

 LM Bambini ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your online purchase from LM Bambini. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return the item/s you've purchased.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for full price items (this does not include items purchased during promotions using a promo code or items on sale). Items may be exchanged for another size or for store credit ONLY. If for any reason there are any issues please email our customer service team. Items received outside this period may not be accepted. You must contact customer service via email cs@lmbambini.com.au to arrange returns. 

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons swimwear must be tried on over underclothing and swimwear without the protective strip will not be accepted.

Shoes

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We cannot accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue.

SALE ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE FOR INCORRECT CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. 

FOR RETURNS

Either email us at cs@lmbambini.com.au or call us on 1800 226 246 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST) to arrange a return. 

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive a credit note or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. LM Bambini is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. Please take note of your tracking number.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SALES PERIODS ALL PROMOTIONAL CODES INCLUDING THE 10% SIGN UP CODE CANNOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DISCOUNTED STOCK. 

Please note free door to door returns are only accepted for orders over $500. 

Please note, we are unable to accept online returns in person at our Head Office.
